Iranian, Mishcon de Reya, leads case to derail Brexit, claims racial harassment.

The top law firm who derailed Brexit is still refusing to name the rich clients behind its ‘arrogant’ legal bid.

Former model Gina Miller, 51, was the face of the campaign but ‘hundreds’ of businesses, entrepreneurs and academics were claimed to be working with Mishcon de Reya.

British Iranian Lawyer Kasra Nouroozi, Mischon’s most senior litigator, is understood to have received threats and racist abuse for helping run the case.

Today the London firm was accused of ‘treason’ by Brexiteers saying they helped ‘trample’ over the will of the people.

A spokesman said today, aside from Mrs Miller, no clients will be named, adding: ‘We are pleased that the Court has upheld our client’s argument that Government does not have the power to trigger Article 50 under the Royal Prerogative’.

In July Mishcon launched action to ensure MPs have their say before Downing Street invokes Article 50 of Lisbon Treaty.

The UK Government has been defeated in the landmark Brexit High Court challenge over whether Article 50 can lawfully be triggered without a vote by Parliament.

Lord Chief Justice Lord Thomas handed down the decision in the Royal Courts of Justice this morning.

His verdict read: “The court does not accept the argument put forward by the Government. There is nothing in the text of the 1972 Act to support it.

“In the judgment of the court the argument is contrary both to the language used by Parliament in the 1972 Act and to the fundamental constitutional principles of the sovereignty of Parliament and the absence of any entitlement on the part of the Crown to change domestic law by the exercise of its prerogative powers. The court expressly accepts the principal argument of the claimants.

“For the reasons set out in the judgment, we decide that the Government does not have power under the Crown’s prerogative to give notice pursuant to Article 50 for the UK to withdraw from the European Union.”

The Government will appeal the decision, with the appeal heading straight to the Supreme Court in early December. The case is understood to have been fast tracked following Prime Minister Theresa May’s pledge to trigger Britain’s exit from the EU next spring.

TNO, “White British: Minority within 50 Years” 2 Nov 2016:

Mass nonwhite immigration, explosive immigrant birth rates, and declining white reproduction will have ethnically cleansed white people in Britain into minority status within the next 50 years, new statistics have confirmed.

A new report has revealed that white populations in towns and cities are dwindling at record levels and in many cases have halved over the past ten years alone.

The report, issued by a UK government adviser on “community cohesion,” Prof. Ted Cantle, and Eric Kaufmann, Prof. of Politics at Birkbeck College, said that many towns and cities, such as Birmingham, Leicester, Slough, Luton, Bradford, and London, have seen areas develop where the white British population is “increasingly dwindling” as minorities increase.

Professor Cantle cited the Yorkshire town of Blackburn as one of the most segregated towns in Britain, whose Whalley Range area is now 95 percent Asian.

According to the report, the white population of England has dropped to 79 percent of the total, down from 86 percent just ten years ago.

The city of Slough has seen its white population drop from 58.3 percent to 34.5 percent;

Birmingham from 65.6 percent to 53.1 percent;

Bradford from 76.0 percent to 63.9 percent;

Leicester from 60.5 percent to 45.1 percent;

Luton from 64.9 percent to 44.6 percent;

Blackburn With Darwen from 76.0 percent to 66.5 percent;

Coventry from 78.3 percent to 66.6 percent;

Brent from 29.4 percent to 18.0 percent;

Tower Hamlets from 43.1 percent to 31.2 percent;

Newham from 33.6 percent to 16.7 percent;

Hounslow from 55.7 percent to 37.9 percent; and

Redbridge from 57.2 percent to 34.5 percent—all in once decade, from 2001 to 2011.

All these figures are, the report fails to point out, already more than five years old, so the situation in 2016 is likely to be as much of a gap again, compared to 2011.

“The Home Affairs Select Committee report into anti-Semitism, published this week, is a serious body of work that should set the template for action against anti-Semitism in this country for the next few years.

Ten years ago, a previous all-party Parliamentary inquiry into anti-Semitism, set up by John Mann MP and chaired by Denis MacShane, concluded that anti-Semitism was on the rise and had taken on new forms. Islamist extremists and obsessive anti-Zionists had joined the old-style neo-Nazis in posing new threats to Britain’s Jews.

Now a different cross-party group of MPs has once again taken the pulse of our nation and found that, while there has been progress in tackling anti-Semitism since that first report, there is much work still to be done and, in some respects, things are getting worse.

This resonates with our experience at CST. While Jewish life continues to flourish in this country, the terrorist threat we face from jihadists is unlikely to recede, while social media conspiracy theorists and the mainstreaming of some anti-Semitic attitudes continue to grow.

First the good news. The UK, according to the report, “remains one of the least anti-Semitic countries in Europe”. It is hard to disagree with this, particularly when you see our fellow Jews leaving France and other European countries….

Some idle speculation on a recent murder in my home town…..

On Monday a murder took place here in the North East of England which has left many of the locals, myself included, somewhat baffled.

Newcastle and the North East are ‘rough’ and relatively poor but murder is exceptionally rare, and the manner of Jodie Wilkinson’s murder must qualify as unique, according to the BBC:

‘‘Jodie Wilkinson, 27, died in hospital after being attacked by a group of up to 11 men in the city’s Stanhope Street on Monday afternoon, police said.

A 25-year-old man who was with her at the time was also injured and needed hospital treatment.
 
Police said those arrested, a man aged 43, two aged 25, and three others aged 22, 20 and 18, were being questioned.’‘

So Jodie Wilkinson was walking through a busy street in broad daylight with a male friend when she was attacked by 11(!) men who stabbed her to death. And this is all the information the police and local media have thus far released. At least 6 men are still on the loose, but no descriptions have been given to the public.

Furthermore, the area where the murder took place is well known to be ‘troublesome’ and like so many other parts of England is lathered with CCTV cameras, yet no footage of the killers is available.

From the perspective of ‘normies’ in the North East this whole case is bizarre, nobody here has ever known of 11 men attacking and stabbing to death a woman in the middle of the day, a domestic fight can get out of hand, a couple of rival gangs can fight and somebody might get stabbed, but this is something else….something alien. And ‘why’ people are asking, why is the identity of the perpetrators not being released during a manhunt?

Needless to say, the area, Arthur’s Hill, which is Newcastle’s West End, has become rather more vibrant in recent years, the local newspaper reports…

Can the Daily Mail say “Muslim” ?

Is it so hard to say Islam? How about the fact that all of these rapists come from one notoriously Islamic area in Pakistan. Glossing over that fact by calling them “Asians” is an obvious obfuscation on the part of DM editors.

The jury retired to consider verdicts on October 11 and today convicted all eight gang members on all counts after deliberating for almost 18 hours.

Ringleader Sageer Hussain, 30, of Clough Road, Rotherham, was convicted of four rapes and one indecent assault.

Mohammed Whied, 32, of Psalters Lane, Rotherham, was found guilty of one count of aiding and abetting rape.

Ishtiaq Khaliq, 33, of Cherry Brook, Rotherham, was found guilty of one rape and three indecent assaults.

Waleed Ali, 34, of Canklow Road, Rotherham, was found guilty of one rape and one indecent assault.

Asif Ali, 30, of Clough Road, Rotherham, was convicted on one rape.

Masoued Malik, 32, of Bridgewater Way, Rotherham, was found guilty of one rape, one count of conspiracy to commit indecent assault and one of false imprisonment.

Basharat Hussain, 40, from Goole, was convicted of one indecent assault.

And Naeem Rafiq, 33, of Clarendon Road, Rotherham, was convicted of one count of conspiracy to commit indecent assault and one of false imprisonment.

They were remanded in custody for sentencing on November 4.

Exclusive: A groundbreaking new study of 12 European countries has revealed how far anti-immigrant, nationalist, and authoritarian attitudes have spread from the political fringes.

Almost half of the adults in 12 European countries now hold anti-immigrant, nationalist views, according to major new research that reveals the spread of fringe political views into the mainstream.

BuzzFeed has been given exclusive access to new data from YouGov, which polled more than 12,000 people across the continent to measure the extent of what it termed “authoritarian populist” opinions – a combination of anti-immigration sentiments, strong foreign policy views, and opposition to human rights laws, EU institutions, and European integration policies.

The YouGov findings are the first to capture the political attitudes that are both fuelling, and being fuelled by, upheaval across Europe and beyond – from the continent’s refugee crisis and the Brexit vote in Britain, to the burkini ban in France, to the rise of Donald Trump and the radical “alternative right” in the US.

In Britain, the poll found authoritarian populist attitudes were shared by 48% of adults, despite less than 20% of the population identifying itself as right-wing. Three months on from the EU referendum, prime minister Theresa May has responded this week by appealing directly to disaffected working-class voters with a promise to crackdown on immigration and reassert British sovereignty.

In France, a clear majority of people surveyed – 63% – held authoritarian populist views, while in Italy the figure was 47%. In Germany, it was 18%, which appears low by comparison but, given the country’s history and the extreme nature of its far-right groups, is regarded by analysts as surprisingly high.

The highest levels of authoritarian populist views were recorded in Romania and Poland, where they were held by 82% and 78% of adults respectively. In Lithuania, by contrast, the poll did not did not detect any evidence of the authoritarian populist phenomenon at all.

Well then, these views are not “extreme” in any terms but those of the (((legacy media))).

Number 10 responded by referencing Ms May’s Brexit speech to the Tory conference, when she said: “I know some people ask about the ‘trade-off’ between controlling immigration and trading with Europe.

“But that is the wrong way of looking at things. We have voted to leave the European Union and become a fully independent, sovereign country.

“We will do what independent sovereign countries do. We will decide for ourselves how we control immigration. And we will be free to pass our own laws.”

The PM also warned there would be “bumps in the road” on the way to Brexit .
